We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our team of Kitchen Assistants. The ideal candidate will have experience in various areas of the restaurant, including customer service, food preparation and cleaning. We are looking for an individual with the ability to make quick decisions, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Job Functions:

• Work with staff in coordinating cold and hot portions of neighbors’ meals
• Reconcile daily meal counts
• Dish, seal and package neighbors’ meals in carriers for volunteers to deliver
• Work with volunteer delivery drivers
• Clean carriers when returned from volunteers
• Package frozen meals
• Deliver meals on emergency basis
• Other duties as assigned

• Job Type: Part-time
• Salary: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour
