Chamber Committees

The Anoka Area Chamber has various committees made up of chamber members to accomplish specific tasks, events and duties.  We are always seeking new volunteers to aid in the success of these committees so please learn more about them below and fill out the application form if you wish to participate.

  • Advanced Ambassadors Committee
    This committee’s job is to help assimilate new members into the activities the Chamber offers. 
  • Annual Meeting Committee
    This committee will plan and implement the Annual Meeting Breakfast held in early October of each year.
  • Ambassadors Committee
    This Committee attends Ribbon Cutting ceremonies at new businesses in the Chamber area. 
  • Education Committee
    This committee will continue the partnership that has been formed with the school districts in our membership area.  This committee will work on the Business Panel Days and the Chamber Scholarship program.
  • Gala Dinner Committee
    This committee will plan the Gala Dinner Fund-raiser to be held in February annually. 
  • Golf Tournament Committee
    This committee will plan the Golf Tournament Fund-raiser to be held in July annually. 
  • Membership Drive Committee
    This committee will plan the annual Membership Drive held in May annually.
  • Publicity Committee
    This committee will work on publicity releases to the business community and the public.
