Chamber Committees

The Anoka Area Chamber has various committees made up of chamber members to accomplish specific tasks, events and duties.  We are always seeking new volunteers to aid in the success of these committees so please learn more about them below and fill out the application form if you wish to participate.

  • Ambassadors Committee
    This Committee attends Ribbon Cutting ceremonies at new businesses in the Chamber area. 
  • Education Committee
    This committee will continue the partnership that has been formed with the school districts in our membership area.  This committee will work on the Buzz on Business Day, Job Skills 101 Event and the Chamber Scholarship program involving our area high school students.
  • Gala Dinner Committee
    This committee will plan the Gala Dinner Fund-raiser to be held in February annually. 
  • Golf Tournament Committee
    This committee will plan the Golf Tournament Fund-raiser to be held in July annually. 
  • Membership Recruitment & Retention  Committee
    This committee will plan the annual Membership Drive along with a focus on member retention.
  • Community Outreach Committee
    This committee will focus on communicating to all members in our Chamber communities how the Chamber is involved with those cities.
